How Long Will My Phone Conversion Take
As standard we aim to get your device back to you within 3 days, however with most devices we do complete the conversion process and send it back to you the same day we receive it. However we do have same day and guaranteed next day services available for you (Price and availability Subject to location)
(Please Note there may some circumstances, for example if we have to special order a part, in which we may have to wait for a part to be delivered which may take anything up to a week. In these case’s we will ask you to delay sending your device to us until we have your chosen parts in- office, this is so your phone is back with you in the quickest time possible)
Can I Buy A Brand New Phone/Tablet With My Conversion Options Already Installed
Yes of course you can! All of our items we have on our site can both be converted to your current device and also a brand new device, so for example. If you don’t currently have a phone, you could purchase a pre converted 24ct gold iphone 5 from us!

Do You Have Any Options With Real Diamonds
Yes! All of our various products that have crystal/ diamond options to them(Which is almost all of our products) can be embellished with VS1 Grade diamonds instead of crystals or swarovski crystals. If you are interested please contact us for more information.

Can We Mix And Match Your Conversion Options
Yes! We have a virtually unlimited set of options available to you. We have options within options! You can mix and match what aspects of your device you would like converted, for example if you solely wanted a gold keypad you can, or if you wanted a gold keypad with a gold back cover you can do that also! The possibilities are endless. Not only that, some of our products can be changed as you like, for example if we take the iphone 5 crystal housings , the colour of the housing can be changed as you like as well as the colour of the crystals!
