We take your current (Or brand new) phone/ipad/tablet, For example the iphone 5 and convert them With your chosen conversion options. We have an extensive product catalogue with a range of items, from 24ct gold items, to standard colour conversion options and everything in-between. We have an extensive product catalogue and can customize and convert all aspect of your phones/ipads/tablets even right down to 24ct gold screws!
The way in which we do this is as follows:
1. You choose from our vast catalogue of products what items you want on your phone, whether that be one of our ready made packages, a specifically customized package to suit your needs or by Pick n’ Mixing your favorite products
2. (skip to number 3 if you would like a brand new pre-converted phone/ipad/tablet) once you have paid you will send us your phone. The moment we receive your phone the conversion process will be started.
3. We will change the current standard phone/ipad/tablet with the stunning package/items you have Ordered it is that simple! Your phone will then have been transformed to a stunning masterpiece. You will literally be able to hear the heads turn when you pull it out!
We accept payment Through paypal as this gives both, us and the client maximum security when it comes to protecting personal details NONE of either parties bank details are passed on.
Once we have received payment the process is as follows.
You will send your phone, (or hand deliver your phone if locale) to our site. (we recommend using a tracked insured service! We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies cause by the postage service whether that be delayed, lost or damaged items which is why we recommend using an insured service)
once we receive your phone one of our many highly skilled and trained technicians will begin your conversion the very same day.
Upon completion of the conversion we will begin testing your phone. Once it passes we will send your phone back to you through an insured tracked service. There are various turn around times we can offer you, as standard We aim to get you phone back to you within 3 days of receiving it (some phones have quicker turn around times). We do also have various other options at extra cost, including, same day turn around (availability and price subject to distance) in these cases a courier will pick up your phone from a destination of your choice, ie your house or work address. deliver it to us, we then carry out the conversion and the courier will pick up your gorgeous new phone and deliver it back to you on the same day,
(Please Note there may some circumstances, for example if a part is out of stock, or you have ordered a product with custom writing on it, in which we may have to wait for a part to be delivered which may take anything up to a week in these case’s we will ask you to delay sending your phone to us until we have your chosen parts in- office, this is so your phone is back with you in the quickest time possible)
